After a talk with my Mom last weekend about the painted ladies, it led me to take another look at why I have always liked this homes. When I was young, my parents used to pack my little brother and I into the car and we would ‘just drive’. Often times, we would end up in San Francisco, driving up and down streets and hills just looking at everything. People, places and things, but my favorite part was always slowing to take in all the beautiful homes. Its no wonder I became an interior designer. Anyway, ever since I can remember, I have always wanted to live in a home like these, but mine would be dark pink with dark purple and brown. If you ever find yourself in San Francisco, I highly recommend taking a look at the homes in this area. The first two photos are the actual 6 historic Painted Ladies, the other photos are amazing homes throughout the city.

the Painted Ladies are the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. I would LOVE living there… but they must be expensive, LOL.
