If you have ever been to a trade show, odds are you stepped on some pretty decent carpet that would only end up in the dumps after the show ends. Until now. Designer Thomas Bates is taking on the over 4 billion pounds of carpet that end up in landfills and is instead turning them into some pretty interesting totes and pouches. Each are extremely sturdy (hello, its carpet!) and comes in a variety of colors.
